Many Africans want to enter the tech industry, but most learning systems don't prepare them for real careers.
In 2018, within The Garage community, we launched the Garage Initiative Tech Leadership Bootcamp — a three-month intensive focused on mindset, leadership, and practical technology skills.
That experience revealed something important: talent was never the problem. Structure was.
